Who UnionStone Is
The company is new. The experience behind it is not.
UnionStone Construction Group is a Southern California general contracting and construction management company built around disciplined project execution.
We bring ownership-level accountability, preconstruction discipline, and field coordination into one operating organization - not a loose collection of trades.
Our companyOperating Philosophy
Capital. Design. Permitting. Trades. Schedule. Cost. Quality. Successful construction aligns those moving parts before they become field problems.

Founder / President
Founder Profile
Juan grew up around construction. His father established a family roofing and construction company in 1992, and from an early age Juan spent weekends and summers on jobsites, accompanying estimates, and learning how reputation is built and protected.
His experience later expanded across construction operations, estimating, project budgeting, client communication, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, permitting, change management, real estate, property acquisitions, and owner-side decision making.
Why UnionStone
Responsibility remains clear from the first conversation through closeout.
Clear inclusions, assumptions, and decision points reduce ambiguity before work begins.
Construction decisions are evaluated against budget, schedule, and long-term asset value.
Progress, risks, approvals, and changes are documented and communicated consistently.
Trades, materials, inspections, and decisions are sequenced around executable work.
What clients say after the project matters more than what we say before it begins.
