The Company

Built around execution.

UnionStone brings construction operations, real-estate perspective, and owner-level accountability into one disciplined project organization.

Why UnionStone Exists

Alignment is the work.

Most construction problems are not isolated trade problems. They are coordination problems - gaps between ownership intent, design documents, budget, schedule, permitting, procurement, and field execution.

UnionStone was formed to close those gaps. We apply preconstruction discipline, transparent project management, and clear accountability so that decisions made in planning hold up in the field.

What the Name Represents

Union. Stone.

Union represents coordination, partnership, people, trades, design, ownership, information, and execution.

Stone represents strength, permanence, craftsmanship, durability, and the physical result.

Two words. One operating discipline.

Founder Story

Construction was the first classroom.

1992

A family construction company begins.

Juan Doyer's father establishes a roofing and construction company, creating the environment where the future UnionStone operating philosophy begins.

Early years

Jobsites, estimates, customers, and administration.

Weekends and summers were spent observing field operations, accompanying estimates, and helping with the office and customer communication.

Professional

Construction and ownership experience expand together.

Estimating, project management, scheduling, permitting, subcontractor coordination, acquisitions, renovation, development, and owner-side decision making.

Today

UnionStone Construction Group.

A company designed to manage the build and the business realities behind the build under one standard of accountability.

Leadership

A leadership team grounded in accountability.

Operating Standard

What clients say after a project matters more than what we say before it begins.

01

Know the answer when possible. Find it when you do not.

02

Follow through. Every commitment has an owner.

03

Treat people with respect and protect your name.

04

Every day should move the project forward.

Bring the project into focus before construction begins.
